Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't open about her parents' names, but she credits her grandfather as the one that inspired her to work to get fit. Her grandfather was an active bodybuilder when he lived in his late 20s and 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at an early age. She started taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for 10 more.
